Although a lot has changed on the school site, a lot remains the same and is still recognisable. This is particularly true of the school hall where much of the open day takes place. On display in the hall is a cornucopia of memorabilia covering school events, the arts, drama, uniforms, badges, cups, plaques and much, much more. But the best part of the day is the old students; some who attend annually, others who come together for a class reunion, others who visit for the first time since leaving school or college. People from across the years come to meet up with old friends or to wander down memory lane. And often the day continues in local pubs and restaurants.
